Reverse Rotation Technology (RRT) Conveyors

The RRT Series Conveyors are the industry leader in gentle, high quality, high capacity grain and seed handling. Like all products from Quality Plus, this line is handcrafted in the USA and is backed by a comprehensive one year limited warranty.  Driven by RRT, this conveying line guarantees enhanced quality, quicker transfer, and minimal waste.

Grain’s angle of repose is a meager 25 degrees of incline. At this point, grain is overtaken by gravity and starts to roll back down traditional machines.  Traditional conveyors begin to lose efficiency at the angle of repose and by 30 degrees are nearly useless. In contrast, Quality Plus conveyors that utilize RRT do not experience product roll back up to a staggering 45 degree inclines—50% higher than classic models. The avenues opened by handling grain at this angle are numerous, a benefit we call The 45 Degree Advantage.  The advantages of sharp angle grain handling include purchasing less conveying footage and utilizing limited space like never before.

The RRT Series Conveyors are available in lengths from 12 to 72 feet in 6 feet increments. Transport models are available for 12 through 72 foot conveyors. Hydra-plus hydraulic power units are available for all hydraulic drive conveyors. As always, custom lengths are available for special applications.

All our conveyors are sand blasted, painted with high solids primer and a high performance polyurethane top coat.

Transport Models

Transport models include removable hitch, allowing for easy access to the cleanout door, which is on all conveyors.

Drive Options

The electric drive models include a single phase electric motor with adjustable base plate for easy V-belt tension maintenance.  An optional wiring kit is available to complete the electric system.  Simply plug the conveyor into a standard extension cord and conveying grain is only a switch away. All electric drive models can be purchased with an optional three-phase electric motor. The hydraulic model offers motor flow control, ISO make quick couplers and 10 feet of hydraulic hose.

Hopper Options

Our base conveyor setup comes with a standard intake hopper including a safety grate and the cleanout door. There are several additional hoppers available to assist in receiving grain.  The Bulk, Flex and Wagon Hoppers can be added.  The bulk or wagon hopper can be added to the basic conveyor hopper.  The three-sided flex bolt-on hopper extension is available.

The fertilizer tender conversion model includes intake hopper mounting kits for Tyler fertilizer boxes, Wilmar fertilizer boxes, Simonsen fertilizer boxes or the weld-on base mounting kit. The Tender Conversion is only available on the 800 and 1600 series conveyors in either 18′ or 20′ lengths.
